🏷️ Ask Tooli About Your Dynamic Groups

What's new

Tooli can now read the dynamic groups you've set up, so you can ask which group a value sits in, or what rolls up under a group, right in the chat.

What you can do

Ask where a value sits:
"Which group is Hats in?" Tooli names the group in every grouping that has assigned that department. The same value often sits in a different group depending on the grouping, so you get all of them, not just one.
Ask what's in a group:
"Which departments roll up under All Accessories?" Tooli returns the values assigned to that group and how many there are.
See your groupings for any attribute:
Ask what groupings exist over Department, Class, Vendor, Color, or your locations, and Tooli lists them with the number of groups in each.
Ask what a saved view is grouped or filtered to:
When a view, report, or rule points at a dynamic group, Tooli can now look that group up and tell you its name and what's in it.
Count what landed in Other:
For groupings with Other switched on, Tooli reports how many unassigned values ended up there.
