What's new

You can already ask Tooli to build and manage your saved views on Merchandise Plan, Allocation and Assortment Plan Reporting. That now covers the

Assortment Plan grid

and a choice's

Metrics tab

too.

Describe the layout you want and get it saved as a view, with the metrics, the grouping and the time grain already set.

What you can do

Build a plan grid view by describing it:
Say which metrics you need, how to group the rows, and the time grain. Tooli saves the view and hands you the link that opens it.
Build a Metrics tab view:
The same for the pivot inside a choice, including what belongs on rows, what belongs on columns, and the filters it applies.
Refine it in the same conversation:
Add a metric, change the grouping, set the sorting, add a conditional formatting rule, rename it. Everything else stays as it was, including your column widths and pinned columns.
Show and hide columns:
Tidy up a busy grid, or bring hidden columns back, without changing what the view is built from.

Why it helps

Describe the view once and Tooli sets it up, so you skip the metric, grouping and time grain pickers.
Ask for a change on the view your team already opens, and Tooli edits that one, keeping its name.
