What's new
The new Rollups panel puts your key numbers right above the Assortment Plan grid, in tabs of KPI tiles, tables and charts that you set up yourself. Turn it on in Assortment Plan Settings.
What you can do
  • Turn it on in settings:
    An admin turns on
    Rollups Panel Enabled
in Assortment Plan Settings, and the
    Rollups
    button appears on every plan.
  • Build tabs of widgets:
Add number tiles, tables, and pie, bar and line charts. Pick the metrics, variants, grouping and top or bottom N for each one.
  • Compare the same weeks:
    Use
    To Date
to compare actuals, plan and last year up to the last closed week, or pick Last 4 Weeks, Month to Date and other rolling periods.
  • Keep a shared view:
Tabs are saved for your whole team. Mark the ones everyone relies on, like Overview and Reconciliation, as static so they always come first.
  • Dig deeper in one click:
Open any widget in Reporting with its filters, grouping and metrics already set.
Why it helps
  • See how the assortment is tracking against plan, last year and your Merchandise Plan without leaving the plan.
  • In-season numbers no longer look far behind plan just because future weeks are counted.
  • Your team works from the same overview and reconciliation every time.
