Edit Assortments Directly from the Assortment Summary

You can now edit an existing assortment without recreating it — and see who created each one.

What you can do

Edit an assortment
– right-click it on the New Assortment Plan screen and select Edit to change its name, filters, product hierarchy, and time frame.
Get recalculated metrics automatically
– when you change an assortment's scope, Toolio recalculates its metrics in the background; use the Refresh button to load the latest numbers.
See who created each assortment
– a new Created By attribute is available on the summary grid, filled in for your existing assortments too.

Why it helps

No more recreating from scratch
– adjusting a season's dates or widening a filter used to mean building a new assortment; now it's a quick edit.
Ownership at a glance
– filter or group by creator to find your plans in a busy list.
