🔎 Find Assortments by Their Scope on the Assortment Summary

Finding the right assortment in a long list just got easier: the Assortment Summary can now filter by what each assortment is scoped to.

What you can do

Filter by scope
– open
Filter
, add a
Scope:
field such as Department, Class or Supplier, and see only the assortments whose saved filters include that value.
Search across the hierarchy
– Division, Department, Class and Product Hierarchy work together, so Department = Clothing also brings back assortments scoped to a class under Clothing.
Combine with regular filters
– pair scope with Name, Season or Created By, and save the result as a view for your team.
Sort and search the list
– order the summary by any column and find an assortment by name from the toolbar.

Why it helps

Teams with hundreds of assortments see only their own area without scanning the Dataset Filters column.
Saved views turn that narrowed list into a one-click starting point.
