Module-Specific Data Scope
What's new
You can now assign multiple roles to the same user, with each role carrying its own module permissions and Data Scope — so access can be tailored to both the module and the part of the product hierarchy.
What you can do
- Assign multiple roles to one user– Give a user Role A and Role B at the same time, each with its own permissions and Data Scope.
- Set Data Scope per module– Instead of one Data Scope applying everywhere, each role's Data Scope only applies to that role's module permissions.
- Mix and match access levels– For example, give someone Edit access to Women's Clothing in MFP and Edit access to Men's Clothing in AP, all through two roles on the same user.

Why it helps
- Grant exactly the access someone needs, without over-broadening a single role to cover every case.
- Configure permissions by both module and product hierarchy in one user profile.
- Cuts down on the number of custom roles you need to maintain.
