Copy from Past determines which attributes in Assortment Plan are planned independently versus which are updated from your product feed.
We’ve improved Toolio’s integration configuration to give you more flexibility, especially for image workflows.
Historically, Copy from Past could only be set to True or False. With the new True If Not Empty option, you can now enrich your planning workflow with both placeholder uploads and product feed data.
🔑 What this means for you
- Upload placeholder images (e.g., vendor-provided, CAD drawings) during planning.
- Toolio will preserve these until a final image arrives from your product feed.
- Final images automatically replace placeholders, keeping workflows up to date.
Use this configuration for any attribute where you want product feed values to override only if they are non-empty.
This enhancement makes it easier to blend manual planning inputs with system data, ensuring your assortment stays both flexible and accurate.
