💬 Tooli in Slack

What's new

You can now ask Tooli questions in Slack. Mention @Toolio in a channel or send it a direct message, and it answers from your plans in the same thread.

What you can do

Ask from any channel the bot is in:
Mention @Toolio with a question like "How did Outerwear sell last week vs plan?" and the answer lands in a thread under your message.
Keep the conversation going:
Reply in the thread to follow up. Once Tooli has answered there, you don't need to mention it again.
Send it a direct message:
Ask Tooli on its own when the question doesn't belong in a team channel.
See what it's working on:
While it works, Tooli shows what it's reading, like "Reading the merchandise plan…", and each answer names the agent that replied.
Choose who answers where (admins):
In Settings, under AI & Agents > Slack Integration, pick a default agent, then pin a specific agent, roles and datascope to individual channels. A channel rule always wins over the default.

Why it helps

Get a number in the channel where your team is already talking about it, without opening Toolio and building a view.
Everyone in a planning channel sees the same answer, so the discussion starts from one set of figures.
Admins control which agent answers in each channel and what data it can see there.
