🛍️ Toolio Overlay: Your Planning Data on Your Own Storefront

What's new

The Toolio Overlay is a Chrome extension that shows your live Toolio numbers on your own website. Browse a product page or a collection grid and you see sales, inventory, and weeks of supply for each product, right where your customers see it. It's available now on all Shopify accounts.

The Product Stats panel with metric tiles, weeks of supply, and the size curve

Toolio chips on the product cards of a collection page, each with a colored weeks-of-supply bar

What you can do

Open Product Stats on any product page:
A panel docks next to the page with last week and last 4 weeks sold, AUR, return rate, on hand, on order, next PO date, and a full size curve. Switch between the whole style and the color you're looking at.
Scan a whole collection at once:
Every product card gets a small chip with its key metrics and a colored weeks-of-supply bar. Red means running out, green is healthy, yellow is overstocked.
Sort the grid by performance:
Reorder the products on the page by any Toolio metric, such as units sold or weeks of supply. Only your view changes. Shoppers see the site as usual.
Scope to a channel or a store:
Pick a sales channel, or a single location to see how a product is doing in one store.
Jump into Toolio:
Click
Open in Toolio
to go straight to that product's Product Summary for the full breakdown.

Why it helps

Judge a style while you're looking at it on your site, without pulling a report.
Decide what to feature, mark down, or put ad spend behind based on how much stock you have left.
Planning, e-commerce, and marketing all look at the same numbers.
Setup is quick: install it from the Chrome Web Store and sign in with your Toolio account. The overlay is visible only to you, and it never changes what shoppers see.

If you'd like the overlay on a non-Shopify site, reach out to your Customer Success Manager and we'll help you set it up.
