🧭 Toolio Tabs, Widget Preview and Act / Plan in Rollups
What's new
The Rollups panel in Assortment Plan now comes with six standard Toolio tabs, shows a widget before you save it, and adds Act / Plan and Act / MP to every widget.
What you can do
- Start from standard tabs:Overview, Product Mix, Buy Plan, Reconciliation, Season to Date and Forward Look are ready in every plan. Duplicate one to make it your own.
- Keep tabs private or shared:Give a tab a permission, like saved views in the grid. Private tabs are only yours, and restricted tabs keep their place for everyone.
- Hide the tabs you don't use:Hide a tab just for you, and bring it back from the hidden tabs menu.
- See a widget before you add it:Click Preview in the widget dialog to see it with your plan's data while you build it.
- Try a variation without losing the original:Save as New Widget keeps the widget you edited and adds your changes as a new one.
- See where the season is heading:Act / Plan and Act / MP use actuals for closed weeks and the plan for the weeks ahead.
- Read long tables easily:Long tables show how many rows are left, and wide tables show an arrow to scroll right.

- You can tell early whether the assortment will land on the Merchandise Plan.
