Problem: No visible “created at” (and ideally “created by / last modified”) for users and key configuration objects.

Impact: Harder to do security audits, onboarding/offboarding checks, and admin reporting.

Requested behavior:

- Add “Created At” (and optionally “Created By / Last Modified / Last Modified By”) to:

- Users

- Roles

- Time Frames

- Other key admin objects

- Make these fields visible in the UI and exportable.
